Valentine’s Day!
February is the shortest month of the year, but still filled with many exciting events. The event we’re focusing on in the English department is Valentine’s Day!
Valentine’s Day is celebrated around the world as a day to remind our loved ones we care about them. Although it is usually considered a romantic event, our students are encouraged to think about their love for their family and friends.
On the English Wall, we are introducing words related to love, gifts, and Valentine’s symbols.
First grade English classes are making cards for their mothers and fathers, and English UOI class is completing a poem card.
We hope everyone can enjoy Valentine’s Day and celebrate the love in your life this February!
